It turns out that Domino has been a trans woman for most of her life. She was born with male genitalia but realized when she was 5 years old that she identified as female. When she received gender reassignment surgery in 1993, she became the youngest known transgender person to have the procedure done.

One of the most common misconceptions about transsexuals is that they have sexual reassignment surgery, or SRS, and are sexually whole. The reality is that many transsexuals don't have SRS and instead opt for less invasive surgery. This can be because they couldn't afford it or chose not to have it for a variety of reasons. For example, transgender porn star Domino Presley only had her breasts augmented and still has her penis intact.
