Her father refused to believe it even after seeing the documents but agreed to support his daughter's transition anyways.

Her popularity skyrocketed with her TV appearances on shows like Good Morning America, The Tyra Banks Show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, etc.. She was also named by US Weekly as one of the Top 10 hottest people for 2013. She has appeared on several TV shows as herself, including episodes of CSI Miami, Nip/Tuck, Entourage and many others. Most recently she had her own six-episode documentary titled Transamerican Love Story on VH1 where she told all about her transition from male to female and how it changed her life for the better.. In June 2012, it was announced that Natalie would receive a star on Hollywood's Walk Of Fame directly across from Mann's Chinese Theatre, where James Dean got his star.
